Welcome to your new favorite way to train! Tabata is an extremely efficient type of HIIT training. One Tabata is 8 rounds of 25 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. In each #tabatatime class, you and I will work hard for 4 total Tabatas. Then, we'll push through a finisher together. Each class has it's own vibe!
